The architectural studio STARH has developed the concept for Antea Beach Resort – an innovative, ultra-modern holiday complex that reimagines contemporary seaside living through a balanced combination of architecture, nature, and a high standard of environment.
Located in the picturesque coastal area between Sozopol and Chernomorets, the project is conceived as a comprehensive seaside lifestyle destination that combines residential, tourist, and recreational functions into a unified spatial system.
The concept is based on the seamless integration of the development into the natural landscape, with the composition following the terrain to create an organic connection between the architecture and the marine environment. The spaces are organized around lushly landscaped areas, water features, and pedestrian paths, forming a comfortable and eco-friendly environment.

The residential structure includes a variety of typologies—detached villas, townhouses, and apartment buildings with panoramic sea views. The architectural language is inspired by Mediterranean tradition, interpreted through contemporary volumes, clean aesthetics, and sustainable materials.
Antea Beach Resort elevates the traditional concept of a holiday complex by offering an integrated environment for a modern seaside lifestyle. The project includes a variety of public and recreational amenities, such as restaurants, sports and retail areas, children's spaces, and pedestrian infrastructure.
With a total built-up area of over 200,000 sq. m, the project represents a significant contemporary investment initiative with the potential to become a new model for the development of coastal holiday complexes in Bulgaria.
