ANTEA BEACH RESORT is a closed residential complex and is situated in the heart of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, which allows you to feel at home all year round in close proximity to the sea.
With what degree of completion will the villas and apartments be sold?
ANTEA BEACH VILLAS & ANTEA SEA HOUSE will be unfurnished so you can use your personal vision and style on the design, ANTEA SEA RESIDENCE, GREEN RESIDENCE 1 & 2 will be fully furnished in the highest quality.
What will the maintenance fee be and what will it include?
The maintenance fee will be 15 euro/sq.m. and will include the complete maintenance of all common areas of the complex outside the confines of your home and yard.
If I buy a property, will I be able to rent it out and who will manage it?
The ANTEA BEACH RESORT team will carry out the overall management of the complex and your property, through the preparation of a personalised property yield plan.
Will parking spaces and garages be fully provided?
Parking is fully secured with adjacent storage spaces.
Are there landmarks around ANTEA BEACH RESORT complex?
The complex is located near the ancient town of Sozopol and many other cultural and historical sites.
